How It Works

Investment: $150,000 (down payment for project financing)

Term: 9 to 12 months (project completion and sale)

Return/Equity: 30% equity which brings potential returns up to 30%

What You Can Expect:

Down Payment: Your $150,000 investment covers the down payment for a new construction home. Once the money is committed we will then identify our lot and determine which set of plans we want to build off of.

Full Management: We manage the entire project, including construction, budgeting, and the sale, along with keeping our private investors up to date and in the loop through the entire process.

Profit Payout: Upon the successful sale of the home, you receive your initial investment + 30% profit share. Average project profit - $100,000


Our Process: Step by Step

Secure the Lot: We identify and purchase high-potential lots in areas that are selling quickly with conservative comps that compliment our fit and finish of a home build.

Design and Build: Plans are finalized with architects and engineers after we have gone under contract/or purchased the lot, and construction begins with our trusted subcontractors and in house Project Manager.

Sell the Home: Upon completion, the home is listed at market value and sold.

Investor Payout: You receive your $150,000 investment + 30% equity at closing.
