Your $150,000 investment provides the down payment required to acquire the land and secure construction financing.
Once the land is purchased, the asset itself becomes the foundation of your security:
The property is purchased in your project’s name

3. Your Return Upon Sale
When the home sells, you receive: Your original investment. Your fixed 12% return.

Secure the Lot: We identify and purchase high-potential lots in areas that are selling quickly with conservative comps that compliment our fit and finish of a home build.
Design and Build: Plans are finalized with architects and engineers after we have gone under contract/or purchased the lot, and construction begins with our trusted subcontractors and in house Project Manager.
Sell the Home: Upon completion, the home is listed at market value and sold.
Investor Payout: You receive your $150,000 investment + 12% return at closing.
